How can I be sure my mechanic installed ALL SIX of my iridium spark plugs?

My car started idling really rough last week; so bad that I couldn’t drive it without constantly keeping the rpms up, so I brought it to the mechanic who strongly suggested replacing the spark plugs and wires, fuel filter and also replaced two CO2 sensors that were bad. We also added 2 bottles of dry gas to rid the fuel system of moisture/ice as the winter here has been brutal so far. I didn’t stand over the mechanic while he did his work. When I got the car back later in the evening (I waited at the garage till it was done), it was running much much better but I did notice a very slight “miss”. It’s a week later and it’s not idling smooth and I notice it’s idling high. I can still drive it normally but idling is not smooth. I’m getting the feeling he only installed 3 iridium “easy-to-reach” plugs, and didn’t bother to replace the difficult ones. . . what do you think?

That is saying all mechanics are thieves. That as ridiculous as saying all drivers take care of their cars.
He has the tools in his hands, why would he even bother to pick and choose which were easy and which were hard? He just does them.
If it is the answer, fine. If not; then something else is not functioning correctly. 2 bottles of dry gas is twice the recommended amount…perhaps the reason why he upped the RPM’s. I can’t say. {Speculation isn’t really worth anything.}
It is a week later, so that tank has probably been refilled once…at least so the dry ice is gone. Go back to mechanic and have him turn down the idle again. If the problelm is still there, then it is either (you bought a bad “new” plug, or something other than the things he has changed.
If you don’t trust the mechanic -
“Go and Buy the Tools and the Repair Manuals and Do it yourself”…and you will be amazed as to “what it could be”.
He took the most obvious and exonomical “it can’t hurt it but only improve the situation” approach.
Some “had to be done” anyways eg 2 bad CO2 sensors and probably the plugs needed changing(every 15000 mile) and fuel filter.
It still could be “fouled gas”. Did you try getting gas from a different station for awhile?
You don’t say the year of the car. Perhaps a fuel injector is plugged up. Perhaps someone peed in the tank. Perhaps, perhaps,perhaps.
